Big Ruub's & Zach's Taco Catering

We had Big Ruub and Zach's Taco Catering for my 50th birthday party this past weekend. They were spot on with regards to arrival time, the taco service was right on time as well. We did the 3 meat choice with "The Works" package for 50 guests. Our meats were the marinated chicken, carne asada, and carnitas.

While we enjoyed all of the meats, our guests could not stop raving about the carnitas! Those carnitas were straight fire. I'll admit I was a little sad when the leftovers that we had were chicken and carne asada. I wanted some more of those carnitas at my midnight taco craving and the carnitas were all gone!!!!

We will be looking for more tacos from these guys soon. Service was prompt, they cleaned up afterwards and packed the leftovers for us. Our party continued well on into the evening, and we noshed on more tacos and fixings well after they had completed their service. Just an amazing addition to our party. Can't wait to host again (can I get some carnitas just for myself next time?!)

Showed up on time and food was great. Street dogs were amazing and there was tons of food. Lost a star for the grease on my $50K driveway pavers. I will now have to clean them by hand :(

Ruben was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! We wanted someone to go to my daughter's school to provide lunch for teachers and staff for Teacher Appreciation Week and Ruub's made it happen. The food was amazing and set up I heard was super easy at the school. Will definitely be contacting again!!!!!

We hired Big Ruubs for an event and they were such a hit ! They arrived early and was ready to serve at the requested time. Everyone enjoyed all the meats and fixings! Very good communication and answered all my questions quickly ! Will hire again !

terrible set up and ride male worker. hired them for 100 churros for $450 which was already hella overpriced compared to others but we went with them cause they were available on short notice. They were hired for my sisters funeral and it was a terrible experience. try other local competitors

We hired Ruuben for our Halloween party. There's so many taco truck/station caterers out there. I randomly picked Ruuben. He had great reviews but a taco is a taco right? WRONG.

The second he started cooking the meats my stomach growled. The chicken is BOMB. So much flavor! The rice was addicting. Everyone had a blast and LOVED the food. We're going to hire him again next year. It was so delicious!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday with Big Ruub and I'm so thankful we made the decision to hire him and his crew. The food was amazing. We had close to a 100 guests and there was literally something for anyone and everyone. The churro truck, cervezas, and hot dogs were a big hit and I highly recommend those add ons to round out your spread.

Beyond the food - Ruben and his crew were friendly, professional, and personable from start to finish. We'll definitely call on them again for future events.
