Alessandro and his team are amazing! We have a lot of windows, and Alessandro and one other window cleaner took pain staking care. Our windows are sparking, the screens are shimmering, the sills are scrubbed. We are so grateful. We'd been putting it off, since, as I mentioned, we have a lot of windows, and the larger company we have used before charged an arm and a leg, and they tended to send a large crew, which is a bit stressful. Alessandro worked with one other cleaner, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Irani is wonderful to work with in terms of setting up appointments, etc. We are so happy Alessandro was recommended to us by a good friend...they are our new forever window cleaners!

8/31/2023 - while in Larkspur doing laundry around lunchtime, I saw "Alessandro" pull up in his company van and was there to wash his work towels. He decided to take it upon himself to remove my clothes from the washing machine as I was literally outside. I did not say anything because I did not witness it myself but was eventually able to figure out it was him. After getting all my clothes out of the dryer and back into my car, I am getting ready to leave the parking lot and he walks up to me in my car and starts to accuse me of stealing his "dress", he was about to open my car door and was ready to rummage through my things. I have never in my life put my hands on another person's clothes - common courtesy is to wait for the washer to be empty before putting your stuff in!
He was adamant I stole something from him and threatened to call police and took a picture of my license. After making me show him all my personal belongings and yelling back and forth for maybe 5 minutes, a woman inside told him his things were in there and he finally went back inside.
After that interaction, I would never solicit his services! Mostly because, I also work for an EXCELLENT WINDOW CLEANING company!
I was very shaken by his accusation and have never felt like that in LARKSPUR of all places! Grew up in Marin and have lived in Vallejo for years and this would be the first time someone ever ran after me thinking I stole their stuff it was absolutely the most insane interaction I have ever encountered in 30 years!

Used Crystal Cleaning Service for a few years and then hired someone else to clean my windows ONE TIME and that's all it took to do $20K of damage to my windows. Guy picked up a stone/grit of some kind in his sponge and scatched my window to an unbelievable degree. Went back to Alessandro after having my windows REPLACED and told him of the what happened and he and his crew were extremely patient and careful with my window. NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH! His Mom is great and very good at scheduling his crew. I will never go to any one else for my cleaning needs. Also, I would add all my neighbors use him and have zero complaints. You get what you paid for!!

On very short notice Alessandro and his helper showed up the day before thanksgiving and totally redid the way our house looks. In under two hours, and for such a reasonable price that we paid more than he asked for, and still felt I got an incredible deal. Pleasant, hard working, fastidious, deep cleaning....can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended.
