High quality hairdresser. Staff are very friendly and offer you a drink as soon as you enter the building. They give you a personal hair plan and all sorts of vouchers for half price haircuts if you introduce a friend, half price on colour and all sorts. Linda who cut my hair did a wonderful job and really listened to what I wanted. I have never walked out of a hairdresser being so pleased.

I went to Fig Hair based on the reviews on this website and was shocked at how different my experience was! Firstly, the girls were all rude (when they actually acknowledged my presence), I got charged to have my hair washed, I was overcharged and most importantly, my hair cut was terrible. I mean, I've had hair cuts that have been expensive but they have always been worthwhile because the hairdresser has done a great job! I did receive a 25% discount because it was my first visit, but it still cost me 46.50GBP to receive an unfriendly service and a terrible, expensive haircut!
