I've dealt with Gutterman's for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. They have always had the best price and selection, and they have always backed their products with excellent service. Always.

I've had several times, over the years, that Gutterman's custom fabricated solutions to problems that had completely stumped other suppliers.

I highly recommend Gutterman's without any reservation; they know their business.

Jeff and Kenny are the most honest and a pleasure to work wi th they changed me and my family's life forever when they say there gonna do something they do it there like family so many good things can be said about guttermans supply but most of all there the best suppliers I have ever had the pleasure to work with if your not on board you better get on thanks again Jeff and Kenny and your crew God bless

If i had (0) stars, I'll give it to GUTTERMAN SUPPLY! They are so RUDE, and doesn't bother to call or email back any quotes back and they think they are the only company who sells gutters! I'm so happy that sales guy "Doug" didn't call back, it would have been the biggest mistake ever!!! Poor Service!!! They lost out a BIG SALE!!! ($$$)
I'm using HD Supply for all my commercial gutter/coil, hangers etc and they are awesome!!!

Worst customer service the order desk personal are rude and act as though you are disturbing them when you ask for help. Think twice before patronizing this business

Place is a zoo, poorly organized and poor customer service. I felt like I was in a third world country sweat shop. Workers looked underpaid and management is a joke. Tried to exchange boxed un-used prefab gutters/elbows and manager said all sales are final, no exchanges or returns. They permanently lost all of our future business.

Last company on the planet that I'd use. Management is RUDE and doesn't bother to call people back. When finally pinned down and spoke with a "supervisor" named Lynne, they told me there was nothing they could do. Basically sold metal I can't use - I've ordered with them since 2010 and someone made a mistake. You really KNOW the quality of a company when there's an issue. There were hundreds of solutions that could have been offered to work out to both of our advantages - not even a basic attempt to be customer friendly.

BUYER Beware here - their customer service STINKS.

These folks have it all with regard to gutter supplies for contractors. They will work with homeowners too however. They are fantastic for me - put my order together, have it ready on time, I can pull up and it goes right in the truck quickly. Note to homeowners, knowing the right product and product name is mostly up to you as there are so many systems and parts. That said they will take time to work with you at the counter. But, the contractors will take a bit a precedence over you as they have called in their orders or know just exactly what they need. So, they are perfect for contractors and a bit confusing for homeowners generally. I love these guys. If you know what you need and they are small items, of course they will ship for you. This company get it sheet metal from China cheaper then scrap value... all the people that do all the work there are temps from a company called begin right that get paid cheap......
Some should file a federal complaint against this company to be charged
tariffs.....times 3.

I have not been going to Gutterman's for years. I went just once, and tried to order a flashing that drew water away from a wood beam exiting from the side of my house. It was a custom job. I drew the diagram, but spoke to a salesperson for less than 3 minutes. He asked no questions about the design. 3 weeks was the wait time.

In four weeks I called to see how the project was coming. They hadn't started. They then asked about the gauge of steel to be used. I had ordered aluminum; apparently that detail was missing from their order specs. They made it that day.

On picking up the product, the flashing was not a single piece, but was put together so that water would drain into the space of my wood beam, not away from it. I asked for a total refund, because their product would worsen the lifetime of the beam, not protect it. Their response: this was MY fault for not explaining that flashing was to drain water AWAY from the house and beam. THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS!

Customer service was hurried and did not lead to a satisfactory product. There was no standing behind their product.

We have used Guttermans because of their selection and prices, however their customer service is horrid, They have messed up so many orders the price is not worth it any more. Being on hold for 20 or 30 minutes to place an order. They never return phone calls have waited on pricing for bigger jobs for almost a month. We have paid everything in cash and paid for our shipping to the coast.

Recently they miss calculated a weight measurement on some coil and cost me a lot on the job they did replace the coil free, however then I received a letter from that they would not long sell anything to me on my cash account because they found out I used another vendor some of time. The letter stated I could check back with them in the spring. So let me get this right, then mess my order up they have to give me little free coil and now I have to go to time out for six month, and the only excuse is I used another vendor and I returned a few mistakes they made over the years... sound like bad customer service to me. I am the largest gutter company on the coast and do lots of Federal and State jobs all over the state.

The northwest has lots of gutter suppliers, you would think customer service would be key and refusing to sell to a cash customer.. unheard of.
