My travel companion and I spent the afternoon at Hammam Pacha today and it was amazing! We got the package that included the 30 min massage, seaweed wrap, facial, body scrub & meal. We spent about 3.5 hours there and it was great. We opted to wear our swim suits for part of the experience and kept our bottoms on for the scrub, wrap, etc. Some folks did not-just a matter of preference.... The meal was different but tasty and hearty. Considering doing it again before we leave Paris!

The Hammam Pacha offers beauty treatments for women only, in a pleasant atmosphere, decorated in a Moroccan style.
There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy an organic meal (tajine or couscous) or just snack on oriental pastries with traditional mint tea.
I went with my daughter, and I am glad we visited during the week as the place gets very busy on weekends according to a staff member, and I feel that would not be very relaxing.
We had selected one of their packages, the "forfait peau neuve" (New Skin package), for 75 Euros each (about $85) which includes the entrance fee, black soap, scrub glove, a 20 minutes scrub and body mud wrap.
After our experience, if I ever go back, I'll just pay for the entrance which is 35 Euros as I don't think the package is worth the price.
Inside the locker room you find a robe, towel and flip flops, but you need to bring your own shampoo.
When we realized we should have brought our towels and stepped out of the warm room to get them from the lockers, we were screamed at that we were making the floors wet (yes, this is indeed Paris, and clients get screamed at). Confusing since I don't know if we are supposed to make sure we are totally dry before going back to get dressed; after all the place is very wet.
Anyway, we ignored them and armed with our towels, went back to wait for the scrub lady.
We had no idea when she would show up to do the scrub or the wrap. I've been to another hammam in Paris where you'd have to wait a couple hours before receiving any treatment.
The lady showed up fairly fast, and was even faster with our scrub. My guess was that mine took less than 5 minutes, so I timed my daughter's, just curious, 4 minutes. Nobody else was waiting in line after us, I wonder if it's even faster when the place is busy. There were only two other women in the Hamman when we went; they knew better, they had brought their stuff, not bothering with any package.
We then went to the sauna (about 10 seats) and were called again, this time for the mud wrap. That was fun, since I had never done one before. Worried we'd be screamed at again, I made sure I totally cleaned the place before rinsing off. Apparently this was not expected, since when the lady in charge of us came back, she was surprised.
Would I go back? Yes, now that I know to avoid any package and to make sure to go during the week.
At Hammam Pacha you get a different experience (hopefully relaxing), transported far away in Morocco for a few hours, and for and entrance fee of 35 Euros, it's worth it!

      One of their packages.

Came here for a solo spa day and got the Basic Package (entry with a gommage) and the Intimate Package (Brazilian) for waxing. Was advised to make an appointment for the wax in the future but I got lucky with a cancellation. Comes with robe, slipper and small towel but I'd advise bringing your own larger towel. My wax was excellent - thorough and professional. The facilities are small, but beautiful and clean. I went on a Saturday so it was pretty full, with a bit too much talking and girls on their phones, but had a relaxing time. The gommage was mild as far as intensity but felt great. Will definitely be back every time I'm in Paris.

The worst experience I have had in Paris. I have been to Paris over 10 times. I had 200 USD and 100 + Euros taking out of my purse that was locked with the key they issued to me. They also took a copy of my passport so they can exchange the foreign currency. They did not take my phone, sunglasses, credit cards. They left $300 USD so I did not think anything was missing.

If I had noticed that my money was stolen at the spa. they would have lied and said maybe I spent the money and forgot. I am 100% sure that I had $500 USD in my purse because that was my daily emergency cash.

The hotel reception called the spa and told them what had happened the previous day. After checking locker #52 nothing was found . They insisted that they have been in business for a while and it was not an inside job.

A police report has been filed.

Do not go to this place. Not only was the service so so they will steal from you .

....just lovely. A bit packed but besides that...."une grande réussite".

It was clean and fairly well organized. Entrance fee includes a locker, a robe, towel, and bath shoes. The "salle tiède" was gorgeous...... We stayed for hours alternating between the shower, steam room, and small pool. There are both warm and cold showers, a quiet relaxation room, and a sauna. The gommage was thorough and rejuvenating.

Oh, and its beautiful. And the bathrooms are clean...and smell good.

I walked out smelling like eucalyptus and with skin smoother than its been in ages.

The only thing that bothered me was how small the dressing room was, but hey, I guess you can't have everything on a budget.

As instructed by their site, I called to make an appointment for their bresilien. However, upon arriving, I had to wait for 20 minutes!

As for pricing, it is FALSELY advertised. On their site, the bresilien was advertised for 30 euros, which was why I chose this place. However, they ended up charging me 55 euros!

For the quality of service, I would definitely chose another place at 55 euros.

Clean, excellent food, but a bit pricey for what you get. I routinely go to a spa where there are true hot and cold baths. The bath pool was a tepid temperature and the only cold available was via the showers.
I went for the package that included purchasing the soup and scrub mitten.
After an hour rotating between the steam room and the cold shower my skin was ready for the scrub. I'm used to a real 30 to 45 minute scrub that's like a massage. I was with her for 10 minutes at most which was disappointing. Thus the three stars.
There are other Hammam choices you may want to try.
The mint tea and the sweets were delicious.

      Terrible. Worst hamman experience ever.

I went here yesterday and purchased the Grand beauty package which includes the mitt, black soap and an argan cream. On top of this is a grommage, 15 minute massage, 20 min. 'facial' and lunch all for 135 Euro. They didn't give the products to me at reception. It wasn't in the locker. I proceeded to the hamman, showered sans soap, and rotated between the very tepid jacuzzi with weak jets, the sauna that can fit maybe 10 people shoulder to shoulder, and the large steam room which was actually quite nice. There are no hooks anywhere so basically you throw your towel anywhere you can find. Considering the benches were all wet it was gross. The staff is incredibly disorganized. The spa is fairly new and already showing its age and looking shabby around the corners.

So when it came time for the grommage, the hamman manager (a Chinese woman) loudly starts yelling at me for not having the mitt. I showed her my 'card' demonstrating that I bought the full package. She made a huge scene, literally everyone in the hamman quit talking. I told her I would go back to reception. As I was walking there, the massage therapist grabbed me and escorted me back to the hamman where a second round of berating ensued from the angry Chinese woman who wanted, I think, to check my locker to see if I had hidden it.. Finally, I went back to the receptionist, with a different therapist, waited for 10 minutes while she chatted on the phone. Explained I needed the products and she suddenly "remembered" she forgot to give them to me.

So I went back to the hamman, showered with the soap, used the sauna and waited. The Chinese lady came up to me, asked if I showered, then told me she didn't feel I had showered enough and to do it again. She was like a hamman Nazi! Another client complained about her too. Finally, the grommage lasted 5 minutes if that. Not impressed at all. I threw the wet mitt into the trash when another worker waved her finger at me and said 'no!". Okay....so then I was escorted to a completely dark room for a vigorous massage. The facial, supposed to be 20 minutes, consisted of her putting the same body oil on my face, rubbing it in and that was all. So the 35 minutes of massage and facial lasted about 20. I then went into the repos room (not luxurious), where they are suppose to serve tea but the person on duty was too engaged in conversation to serve anyone anything. I left after five minutes.

The lunch was actually quite good, Morroccan style lamb, very tender and excellent couscous. French bread, a drink and a small sampler of three rather dry pastries were included. The lady that worked there was very sweet.

I live in Paris in the 6eme. There are FAR better places with professional staff and better facilities. What a waste of time, money and effort.
