La Major

When I visit a church it's primarily to have a look at the interior and not for any spiritual reasons, and it's with that in mind that you should read this review.

La Major is a magnificent church seen from the outside, but since they were restoring it when I was here, it was difficult to get a good view of the church due to the scaffolding and fences. The interior was primarily bleak, slightly greyed and not particularly interesting. So from my point of view this church is only worth your time if you walk by anyway while it's open to visitors.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Definitely worth a visit. It is free to get in. You can also donate and light a small candle.
