Poor customer service wait and wait and people barely say hello. Waited half hour to exchange propane. Lady didn't know if they had gas caps or not wasn't busy and just pointed.

Someone give Craig a raise. He was working in the paint section and I needed some help. Not only did he go out of his way to assist me, he genuinely cared about my situation. He walked me through the entire store, he tried multiple approaches, and he really took his time to find a solution for my unique situation. Absolute top notch employee. Thank you Craig. You made an otherwise nightmare situation a calm and hopeful one. And the problem was resolved! So thanks for that!!

Lowes hasn't caught up with the other home improvement store chain. The ability to find anything on the app and get my veterans discount makes it nice over there. Here, you have to walk around the store and hope to find someone to help.
At checkout there was only one person working. Too many people to help checkout for one person to handle.

Good store to get your projects done. We all know that. I like the mission vision and values of Lowe's more than competitor stores. The employees are treated well and in return treats people better. The sales price are often and good. Return is flexible, just make sure to keep your receipt, then they take it back easily.

I always come here for gardening supplies in the spring. Especially when they have sales on mulch and gardening soil. There is staff available to help load it in your car. Very smooth and quick to get it.

I had a kitchen remodel done by Lowes. Three years later, the cabinet over the refrigerator fell off the wall. It had been hung on the drywall with plastic bolts. After a month of being given the runaround, Susanna Mora called to say Lowes wasn't responsible because it had been over two years, and they no longer worked with that installer. From a customer service standpoint, it might be better to send someone out to repair a seriously defective installation, and she said that is not their policy.

I cannot get the tile that I need delivered to my house. My only option is to drive from store to store to pick it up myself. Thought I actually found a store with enough tile, ordered it, they canceled the order because they did not have enough in stock. This is the third time I have been faced with a tile I want and I cannot get enough in one location. I am not spending my day driving around again. Get some customer service. I will go to your competitors where I can get some service.

Working with Lowe's to install interior doors and closets was the worst experience by far than any other work contracted at my home. It began in December 2022 and was not completed until July 2023. I cost approximately $8,200 for product and installation.
One door had to be returned to the fabricator twice which caused extreme delays. Once the door was finally received for the third time, it took additional months to get Premier Services Grp to organize the contractor's to install the door. There were several appts made that conflicted with my work schedule and then would be rescheduled w/o asking what days would work for me. Then finally when one would work out, it would ultimately be canceled for no reason. It was extremely frustrating dealing with this.
It was recommended to have the doors painted prior to arriving at my home to be installed and I would NOT recommend this. All but three doors had chips, scrapes, scratches and dents. This was either caused by the installation or prior to. I did not inspect the doors prior to the installation but it doesn't
matter. All doors should have been free from blemishes, chipped paint. The quality of the doors was average and the paint was only one thin coat. The edges of the doors were rough and need to be sanded down.
I requested a partial refund for the additional paint cost to some of the doors and was sorely disappointed with the response (mostly lack of) from Lowes. It has been several months now that the claim was initiated and never, not ONE time did a manager contact me to resolve this. I have had to call several times to follow up and was promised returns calls that never happened. It is estimated that each door paint cost was approximately $100 dollars per door, however the work order does not itemize this cost per door. I suggested a fair and equitable resolution would be approximately $600, however they only offered $250. These affected doors have to be repainted. You can't just touch up areas that are missing pieces of the paint and not notice the touch up. They have to be filled, lightly sanded and repainted.

Ask for Josh when buying appliances! He's a nice, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. He helped me price match and get the best deal on my cooktop, will definitely be going to him for any of my appliance needs.

Warning! Lowe's offers no way to track your order. Three weeks ago we ordered closet doors. The date they are to arrive constantly changes. Staff at Lowe's will not contact their shipping provider Estes because they claim they are too busy. Calling customer service provides no relief. They don't answer their phones. Finally someone at Lowe's in Gresham, Oregon contacted Estes Shipping but had no way to track the order. Hopeless!
