I bought 6 sessions of Microdermabrasion through Groupon and though I didn't expect much after paying about £35 for all, but I didn't expect this either. The branch is the one at 97 Green Lanes.
The waiting room quite dirty and basic, looks more like someone's untidy and old living room. The treatment room is similar, with basic stuff around and a table on one side.
I've never had microdermabrasion before and I can't compare the experience with other places, but the treatment I got cannot be of high quality in any case. The first time is was better, at least my face was pretty clean afterwords but the second time it was a waste of time... I could've done better with my house hoover. A bit of a wet wipe action to start with and a bit of cream at the end and 5 minutes in between!
They never answer the phone, it's a headache if you need to change your appointment! The word 'professional' does not exist in their vocabulary.

If you see an offer through Groupon, think twice, they never, I repeat NEVER answer the phone or respond to emails or voicemails. It might seem like a great deal but if you can't make an appointment having called for 5 weeks, it's really not worth it.

it's not often i'll write a bad review but this needed to be said, their service is very inconsistent, 1 day very friendly, next time you will not be able to get hold of anyone for 2 weeks, then they'll be abrupt and inconsiderate and next time extremely friendly again. their communication is very poor and not professional. i had the worst experience with them.

I purchased a Living Social voucher for Pasha, and at first they were friendly, so I recommended them to my sister, which I later regretted. Their service became so terrible. Trying to book an appointment with them by phone would take over a week. Then you could only book via email, and you would not get a response for a month, and they would just make excuses, and their emails were so unprofessional. They closed down for 3 months with no notice. They moved locations with no notice. The service became so appalling, treatments became rushed, there were no consultations or reviews, and it was just in and out. One time they increased the intensity of the Laser with no warning or permission from me. They have no consistent policy or structure. My sister as well has had a great deal of problems with them, and asked for e refund which they gave. I have seen a lot of reviews out there for the clinic, and I know that they have a lot of the same clientele, whereas I am very different from them, and I am from a professional background so I expected a certain level of standard in their service, which you would expect anywhere. I strongly urge people not to purchase from this clinic; there are many clinics out there which are great. I am now with one in Chancery Lane and they are amazing, and my sessions are going so well.
