Paul's was a slight improvement on Dillons in that it looks more like a pharmacy, ie clean and well lit. Instead of the mouldy smell of the former, here was an odour reminiscent of cat food.
Staff didn't understand what I wanted. It feels these places are here merely to dispense for the surrounding surgeries.
