This is probably the best bar in Sunderland!
The music is without doubt the best in Sunderland and the drinks are very well priced with some bargains to be had.
I always like to end the night here before clubbing as it gets you in the mood for clubbing.
If in Sunderland a visit here at some point of the night is always advised!

This is one of Sunderland's better bars. The music is pretty good and the prices aren't all bad either. They sell Sailor Jerry's Rum!


It's set over 2 floors but I think there is only one bar, and on a weekend the place gets absolutely packed. So plan your day around getting served.

I agree that this is one of Sunderland's better bars, or maybe the only decent bar in Sunderland.


Saturday night finds it full of mods. Live DJ's are often playing indie-sets and the atmosphere is vibrant and different. This is where you go if you don't like general chav bars, of which Sunderland has a great many.


They changed teh decor the last time I was in there and I have to say it's for the better. Where before they were going for the modernist/minimalist look, they've now got it plush and comfy, so it's a nice place to spend your time day and night.


They often carry fliers of alternative local events too, like Jazz nights. This is defintiely somewhere I would recommend.
