Absolutely terrible! Complete waste of money and time. I wanted to get my passport photo taken in a studio rather than a booth so it wouldn't look terrible for the next 10 years. I paid £21 so I could have a digital copy and re-use it on other forms, visas etc. The set-up was incredibly amateur and the result was absolutely appalling. No wonder they make you pay before you see the final result and don't offer refunds. The lighting was inadequate so the picture was full of shadows that had to be edited out, as well as red-eye that also had to be edited out, in order to be compliant with passport regulations. However, there was still dark shadows on my face and my blonde hair looks almost black. The photographer also very badly edited out every stray wisp of hair (unnecessary for passport regulations as they weren't covering my face or outside of the permitted area), so I ended up look very masculine, with random ends of hair showing on my shoulders where the quality of the editing was so poor. Incredibly disappointed with these terrible pictures and ended up paying extra to re-take them in a photo booth. STAY CLEAR OF THESE AMATEURS!

I bought passport photos from this place and they were rejected by the post office for being non compliant. I was then refused a refund even though I'd brought proof that my photos were refused. Do not buy anything from these thieves.

The service here was absolutely atrocious. I told the staff that I needed a particular size passport photo as the size that my countries passport needs is bigger than usual. The guy said okay and took my photo. After paying and collecting the photo I didn't even pay attention until later when I looked at it. The photo size was exactly the same as the British passport photo. I went back to the shop and told them that the photo was not right, the guy got angry for some reason and told me that I wasn't clear enough even though I asked him twice if he understood me properly. He told me that he wouldn't do anything else and he won't give me a refund so I had to call the manager and only after that the guy agreed to retake my photo. So he retook it and the printing process was literally about two minutes long. I look at the photo and the quality was absolutely horrendous. I later on found out that the size was still not right and I had to go and pay a different shop to get them redone. Worst service ever!
