Located in the building next to my work, the Cutting Board is a small cafe that deals with the professional crowd around the area. The food is ok, not really anything to write home about. The girl that works the cash register really doesnt have much to say and normally doesnt say anything. I recently ordered a BLT without mayo and add mustard, simple request but when I walked back to work and opened my sandwich, it was covered in mayo! The also stop selling coffee after 10am and really dont brew anymore after that time.

That place probably still makes a killing because of the location but they could make a lot more if they had GREAT food and Friendly staff!
