Massive selection of great shops. well maintained clean centre and great wifi access too. The have just finished off the Terrace which has more very good restaurants and a build your own pizza one. All in all a good shopping day experience and parking although not cheap is decent.

Been using Bromley for years never had a problem with guest services until now. Guest services manager bullying an autistic Vulnerable person with speech and language problems Made 2 complaints and the company say this person has to do his own complaint and can't have me in the meeting ,how bad is that They would not allow a meeting with both of us this is in the glades in Bromley and because. I escalated the complaint they had the cheek to send me a harassment warning letter which I have reported to the police and police have said they have no right to do this and it means nothing And if I want to post on social media or go to papers we are entitled to do so . I don't wish this to happen to anyone else or my friend again . I know this will be deleted but I will get the word around . I have never said I want the person sacked. . I even have it on recording that I let police listen to I said she should be moved to a different department as the two things she has done to him is discrimination against his disability which is not nice. I did not know that there were 3 companies involved Churchill group ,jll and amulet but the way that this complaint has been handled is not right. And disabled or vulnerable people should not be treated like this and I am disabled myself with brain injury And cerebella ataxia yet they issued me with a warning of harassment letter . Is this how they handle other complaints I wonder. I reported it to the human rights and equality act and they have said this is a section 15 breach but-the glades are saying there's no evidence . Hopefully this has not happened to other people

Your standard mall. Tons of stores for all along with a Boots attached. This mall has great layout, easy to find shops and is very clean. I was shocked to see the have a Krispy Kreme.
Very nice mall.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joanne M.Chislehurst, United Kingdom14134319477 Aug 2016
The Glades is ok and I would say its a medium size mall. I personally though prefer bigger malls like WhiteCity and Bluewater. The shops in the Glades is ok mainly your normal high street type shops, Monson, Dorothy Perkins, Oasis etc. Only a few high end type high street shops Karen Millen, Coast and Hobbs. Main big department shop in the Glades is Debenhams. I feel the glades though has too many mobile phone shops in it.

I don't particularly like going shopping but Bromley shopping is the exception. The layout is nice it's really spacious and has all the shops I like. I seem to find it easier to shop here and come away with everything I set out to get plus more. The shops seem to be set out better without being cluttered. I love the big Zara and New look. The high street is good too with a big Top shop and a much better primark than we have in Brighton.
