I came here with friends to have some liquid refreshment, and what a cool experience! This establishment is located in a residential area, and it looked like the local folks were inside having a pint.
It was late, and did not get a chance to order off the menu, as I was hunkering for some Thai food, but heard it is pretty good.
The staff were friendly, and I'm glad for the experience while travelling to the UK for the airshow in Swindon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Laura G.Los Angeles, United States0325 Sept 2018
We came here expecting a friendly local pub. Instead, we found a place that was rude. One of the first questions they asked us was if we had money because they weren't taking cards. Then I proceeded to try and order red wine but the bartender said he only had white wine.
We're visiting from the U.S., and up until then everyone was so friendly and nice. The minute we walked in this establishment something felt wrong and unwelcoming. Come to find out the problem was that although we are American, we are also of color and we had wandered into a Pro Trump bar.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chase D.McKinney, United States53939 Jun 2019
Go for the beer, not the food. My son and I had the fish and chips. It was soggy and the breading was as thick as a winter coat. My mother had a chicken caesar. Not sure how but it was under seasoned and the lettuce was soggy.
The beer was good and the wait staff were friendly. Nice place for a quick drink, just dont eat there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jennifer K.Houston, United States0144 Jun 2019

God bless the good folks at the Jameson! Finest pub in the UK. I went with friends from work after a conference in London, we had the greatest night ever. Amazing, warm and professional staff, perfect pints! I can't wait to go back!

This is a neighborhood Pub. When we first walked in we were stared at by the locals hanging out and were ready to leave until the owner welcomed us. He is a friendly Irishman who immediately made us feel warm and welcome- even though non of us are Trump fans ( he loves Trump) . Drinks were good, well priced and heavy pours. We stopped in another evening to eat -It seems they specialize in Thai food that the people I was with said was good. I would definitely go back and spend an evening with them next time I'm in London!

Was in the area for a short time last week. I heard this was a Trump supporting bar so I hopped over and had a blast. The food was great and the people were super friendly. Can't wait to come back in a couple months!

My husband and I rented a flat for the week in the Brook Green neighborhood of London and came across this wonderful pub called The Jameson. It's owned by a lovely Irish couple who are welcoming and friendly with a wide variety of locals and jolly folks. On Sunday's they offer live music... It's truly a great spot and we look forward to heading back for a pint again soon!
