I'm not one for over-embellishing, so I really mean it when I say that women's healthcare institute gave me the worst medical experience of my life.

It's a shame, because it's not so much about the Dr's... it's the staff that's a nightmare. Dr. Trite came recommended by multiple sources, so I wouldn't discourage anyone from going to see her at her new location with Facey, but I would go as far as to discourage anyone considering coming here.

First, from the initial phone call, the staff was rather unpleasant. I called to make an appointment and ask if they were in network with my provider and Lena responded with, "you can call and check yourself".
Ok, I understand that some doctors offices don't ask their staff to verify as a courtesy to patients, but it wasn't a good impression. Nonetheless, it didn't dissuade me from coming in.
My first visit consisted of a 45 minute wait time post paperwork. When I finally saw the Dr., he was very nice and knowledgeable. I was sent down the street to do blood work with 2 little boxes, which were apparently some kits that correlated to the tests. When I arrived at the lab, they told me that the Dr's office had sent me with the wrong kits. I then had to wait another 30 minutes while they returned to the same Dr's office to get the "correct" kits.
They drew about 5 tubes of blood and sent me on my way.

On my return, follow up visit, to examine this blood work... The Dr had a surprise delivery in the morning and my wait was 3 hours. (Not a problem... It happens) I was understanding, left to get breakfast and returned later. I'm not even going to go into detail about the staffs inability to keep me updated on when I could return to my scheduled appointment, but let's just say I had to keep calling them to see if I could be seen.
Finally, I saw the Dr., and this is where I lost it.
First, my paperwork had my name spelled 3 different ways so it was all unorganized. The Dr couldn't find what she needed to talk to me about and had to keep asking one of the staff girls get her my correct paperwork from who knows where. When she finally got it, it turned out that the blood test fiasco was the wrong blood work and I'd have to get it done all over again.
When I entered the office I asked them to please send my RX to the pharmacy downstairs so that I could pick them up after my visit. I asked and verified, 3 times. After the visit, the pharmacy says they never sent the RX. I waited another 20 minutes, and got the wrong prescription.
I went upstairs to ask them to send the correct RX to my pharmacy, and by this time I'm leaving the office in tears.
      It was incredibly frustrating.
I finally returned today to get my blood work info, and the staff was giving me different information than what the Dr had given me. I had enough.

All in all, I'd not only never return, but I'd strongly advise against using this facility for medical care.

      Horrible! Horrible! Service from staff.

All medical records had different name spelling.
The lab work order was not ordered correctly.
The prescribed drugs ordered to their pharmacy down stairs was incorrect prescription.
I can't imagine the poor other patients with serious health conditions getting this horrible service and may be taking incorrect prescribed drugs due to the incompetence of the staff.
Aside from all this, had to wait for 2 hrs to be seen.

      PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FACILITY
FOR YOUR HEALT NEEDS for your own good.
DISLIKE THIS PLACE ALOT!!! Will never go here again

I came to Dr. Konialian almost 3 years ago, in search of a gynecologist and I am so glad that I happened to pick him by chance. First of all, the office is very nice and the people that work upfront are always very sweet and helpful. Dr. Konialian's main nurse is always very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The doctor himself is professional, warm and extremely intelligent - the man knows what he is doing. The first time I was there, he recommended me to see an endocrinologist regarding my Diabetes. He really makes sure to take care of you in all aspects of your health. They take most insurance and parking is validated. Enjoy!

I went to this office a couple times. Not a fan of Dr. Konialian or the staff. First of all they charged me TWO COPAYS because I had an ultrasound and spoke to the doctor. Apparently, that's two reasons. So for those two reasons I was charged two copays. Are you kidding??? Who else should I have gone there to speak to? The walls? Should I have given myself the ultrasound?? He also kept pushing me to do LapBand. I didn't go to him regarding my weight. Not going back!

I was very lucky to find Dr. Konialian when I did. I had issues with fibroids for a while, and when I tried to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor, I was given a 3 month wait. I tried calling other gynecologists, but because again I would have to wait months before they could see me because they were booked with tons of OB patients. I explained my situation and how my last bout with fibroids pretty much left me with severe anemia, but no one was willing to squeeze me in. I found Dr. Konialian's office online, called them up, explained my situation again, and they took me in that morning. My first impression of him was that I thought he was way too serious and I felt he had a tone in his voice that his time is too valuable to be wasted on me. But that's just the way he sounds. He was very informative with his background, he listened to my history and what I was dealing with at the moment, and did his exam. He came up with a few alternatives for me and explained what each one meant and the possible outcomes and benefits, and we both decided the best plan of action for me. He followed me through my treatment, and the more I saw him I was able to see how personable he could be. He's a great doctor and very knowledgeable in his field.
