An overdue post, but this is by far my favorite eggettes place in Hong Kong!. Their pork floss and peanut butter pancake is also really popular, but I personally like their eggettes more.

The three flavored eggette was probably the best eggette I've ever eaten. It consisted of chocolate, matcha, and original flavor. I loved the mochi-like chewiness and cakey texture of each piece. Each part of the eggette was rich in flavor and the chocolate section had pieces of chocolate in it. I highly recommend trying it!

Another popular item is their mango pancake. The mangoes were so juicy and sweet and the pancake was soft and fluffy.

As for the pork floss and peanut butter pancake, I was surprised that the pork floss, peanut butter, and pancake went well together. Peanut butter and butter was slathered onto the pancake and a generous heaping of pork floss was placed on top. The snack was a bit too dry in my open, but still delicious.

Would love to come back one day for the eggettes if I get the chance!
