I have actually never had an issue in this store I just wish that they didn't rush the process so much. I do understand there is always a line, and they always have limited staff since the store is pretty small in general, but I feel like everyone should get the full experience, and not feel like they're being rushed, or bothering anyone.
I'd suggest look at their catalog online so you have an idea of what you're looking for. If you're picky (like me) you wont feel comfortable. They wont ask you to hurry up, but you can tell they'll start to act some type of way when you're taking too long.
Their jewelry in general is fantastic. I love Pandora. I have a couple of earrings, a necklace and a ring and I love them.
I will probably continue to shop in this store, just wish they worked on handling the long lines better.

De hecho, nunca he tenido un problema en esta tienda, solo desearÃa que no apresuraran tanto el proceso. Entiendo que siempre hay una fila, y siempre tienen personal limitado ya que la tienda es bastante pequeña en general, pero siento que todos deberÃan tener la experiencia completa, y no sentir que están siendo apurados o molestando a nadie.
Le sugiero que consulte su catálogo en lÃnea para que tenga una idea de lo que está buscando. Si eres quisquilloso (como yo), no te sentirás cómodo. No te pedirán que te des prisa, pero puedes darte cuenta de que comenzarán a actuar de alguna manera cuando te demores demasiado.
Sus joyas en general son fantásticas. Amo a Pandora. Tengo un par de pendientes, un collar y un anillo y me encantan.

They sold me a ring I bought two days ago when I finally actually had a good chance to look at it, it was all scratched at the bottom so we tried to go return and yesterday and wouldn't take it back even though I had 30 days next be sure to check the whole ring this location sucks

I came In today to speak with someone about my jewelry I bought and while waiting in line I got a call from my mother so I spoke with my mother while the lady dealt with another customer, when the employee was done with her customer she proceeded to scream at me saying hello hello hello to hurry up and then had an attitude the entire time I spoke

Always a crowd at this Pandora at The Mall of Georgia. Most recently learned during the Christmas break that this location is the busiest in the state (and I would hope so being at THE Mall of Georgia). There are pros and cons to being the busiest in the state.
Pros:
Prime selection
Priority for inventory shipments
Knowledgeable staff
Cons:
Everybody finds out about the primo selection and drains inventory around major holidays like Valentine's Day and Christmas
Mall parking can be a challenge during major shopping periods, but Valet is offered at the mall for less than $10
Have to join a "snake" line when busy (people are generally respectful)

What a terrible place. Zero customer service. They won't answer phone. It says leave a message and they will call back and they don't! We bought a ring and simply needed to change sizes. . Chloe was completely uncooperative. She had the ring but hid behind policy. We tried to exchange twice but store was closed. We tried to call but no answer. Today we were in area and got zero help. We live an hour away. We ended up calling and exchanging from online store. So they are shipping us another ring and we are shipping them ours back when all they had to do was swap sizes. Makes zero business sense! I will not be buying any products in this store again!

Stopped in to purchase some charms for my mother's bracelet for her birthday. The store appears to always stay busy. That is a good sign in retail. My Pandora expert took her time and was well versed on thier inventory. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. Stepped in and stepped out of Pandora with the items I was looking for.

My boyfriend, Dylan, bought me a ring and it was the wrong size I wore it for 10 days or so and was busy at work to come return it in exchange for a smaller size. They have a 30 day policy that says they'll exchange it for a different size within 30 days. The lady in there was really rude so I requested a manager on duty. Neither one of them would exchange the ring because it had been worn. No one ever told me I couldn't wear the ring and I never got a receipt. I was a regular customer but now I will never shop at pandora again

This store is in great need of customer service training... My husband and I went in to exchange a gift that he purchased for me at Christmas and we were treated very poorly. I explained to the young
Lady that I wasn't wanting to return just exchange for something different. The bracelet my husband purchased for me was $365. And after wearing it for only a few days it was staring to kink up so I knew it would not last. After talking with her manager they said that we could exchange. We started to look at different bracelets but She would not bring out any trays to look at charms or other style bracelets, we had to look at everything through the case and then ask to see it. My wife was just in there not even an hour ago. She asked was their a list because normally there is and the young lady said no. Another customer walked in and she immediately helped her even though my wife was standing right next to her. I spend money every time I come in here and I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

From the moment I stepped in I could already tell that the person serving us was not interested in serving us. Minerva ,the sales lead, was obviously having a bad day, but you should learn to keep personal life issues and work separate. She had an attitude the whole time she was serving us and she wasn't happy. We were only there for about 10 minutes looking for an earring and bracelet. Once we walked out we didn't get a "Thank You" or "Come back next time". She was acting like we weren't able to afford anything there. Hopefully you do better next time. Thank you.
