Tact is the ability to tell someone to go hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

Ease of schedule: they have a well designed website which you can create an estimate and book from.

We had Dawson come by to clean out carpets. He was professional, timely and very polite. The work was impeccable and detail oriented.

This is my second time using the company and each time I was impressed with the quality of the services and the customer service.

      Highly recommend their service.

This is a solid no. The one star is to reflect that one positive experience I had with this company which was with Jose - the gentleman who came to my house to do an estimate.

I informed him of my need for boxes for our move before a scheduled surgery so I could pack as much as I could until I wouldn't be able to and he assured me it would be here on Tuesday 04/16 once I accepted their estimate. I called the office upon receipt of the estimate to move forward and I was asked for a credit card to hold the reservation. Little did I know this is a deposit which is forfeited should the scheduled move not happen.

      Communication was non-existent.

I never heard back from them so I called the office and talked with someone by the name of Lisa who said I needed to have talked to the Jose's assistant. Hm... ok, how I would know that? She then proceeded to tell me said assistant would call me and I am still waiting for said call back up to this day.

As the days went by, and I never got any communication, I reached out. I grew incredibly anxious as this is a big move and I was afraid I would need to reschedule it.

I have called and emailed and no communication. So this morning, I decided to cancel the reservation as it is clear this is not a reliable company and was informed they charged me $ 378 deposit which I was forfeiting. No apologies for the lack of service delivery or lack of communication, all I received was an attitude. Thanks Lisa! Nothing like talking to some like you when recovering from a surgery and being overly stressed about a move. You were the icing.

Moving is a stressful experience as it is, but having to deal with companies that are not reliable and are not communicating makes it that much worse. What a regret. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I already submitted a dispute on the charge I didn't even know I would forfeit should the move not happen.

Btw, boxes never made it. Lovely.

Review on our experience hosting a party at COPA. I do not recommend it.

I called COPA to inquire about the party packages and was directed to the website to look at the packages. The website is elusive and I ended up choosing the "All Sports" package.

I got an immediate response via email with requests for payment, which I immediately fulfilled. I was told I would receive a confirmation leading up to the date so they could have a final headcount. I also received an email with options to have things added to the package. The email said, "click here" but the web link didn't work. I called them several times, left voicemails and no one got back to me. I called the main line and the folks who answered noted they do not have any information on parties. I wanted to add a decoration package and couldn't get them to tell me what type of decorations and more specifically what it entailed. I once again called and emailed and finally got a call from someone by the name of Lyndsy, who apologized for their lack of follow through and provided me with her direct line. She was quite responsive to all of my questions. The day before the party, more questions came up as I still didn't have much information about supplies. Once again, I emailed and called - crickets! Eventually I spoke to someone from the front desk who said the event person (Deidra?)had received my message and would return my call. Fast forward to 1 hour before the party, I had no call so I went in person to ensure I didn't need any extra supplies and to see the decoration in person. I was told we didn't need supplies and the decorations are usually black so we can work with it in any way we want. So I panicked and went to Safeway (closest to COPA) and overspent on balloons and stuff to add to what I thought was black.

My son was anted a football themed party so I got him every thing American football and when I am finally allowed to see the party room, 20 mins before the kids will be done with their "all sports," I see 'dollar store' paper clothes with soccer balls everywhere. My son was so disappointed. I would say shame on me for ordering a decoration package without knowing but my goodness I tried to get that answered for days!

So let's now review the main and most disappointing part, I paid $500 for the all sports package and was provided with a coach who handed 20+ balls to the kids and had them play dodgeball for over 45 mins. At some point my husband inquired what would happen next as we innocently assumed "all sports" package entailed a variety of sports and games... so the coach who had a very passive role all along, suggested they play a soccer game and that is all folks! That's the all sports package. ‍

We all get moved to the party room and not a single staff person is in sight. We were on the upper level and in a more isolated part of the building so when we ran out of plates and napkins, that was not a single person to talk to. I had to rip the napkins in half to make it enough.

The room was super silent so ask them if you can bring music because my goodness that felt like a dead party.

I got a call from Lyndsy who apologized and was extremely polite and professional and waived the fee of the decoration, which by the way, was $100.

Sigh *** I am indirectly embarrassed as that was such a lame party for my son. I feel like I need to make it up for him. So disappointing.

We did an extensive search on yelp for paving companies and reach out to a few to get quotes, 25% of the folks returned our call and some had very large requirements to start services such as a minimum square footage.

We were driving by turtle creek in Concord and saw signs from IC pavers at several homes' yards. We called them and they were very responsive.

Irving was very professional and efficient. He scheduled a meeting to go over the plans and brought catalogs. He was attentive and did not try to upsell us. If anything, he discussed cost ranges and warned me of what to stay away from not to increase the project cost. I gave him a budget and he explained in detail how we could stay on budget. He offered me a start date and duration that he actually followed through with and I am impressed.

Here is the impressive thing, he clears the project with PG&E and the water company himself as the land needs to be marked.

Irving would frequently come to the project and go over the progress to make sure we were satisfied.

They worked so incredibly fast and the work was so impeccable that I myself offered to create them a profile on yelp as they have been working by word of mouth for years.

Whenever I made changes to the design, Irving was gracious, respectful and promptly made my requests happen.

      I highly recommend their service!

The menu is not overwhelming at all, you get the nata pastry and/or coffee. My kinda place.

It is delicious, fresh, and challenging for the dieters. You can not possibly only eat one. So buckle up.

The staff were supper friendly and kind.

The location is a tad hidden. It is in an alley but it also feels whimsical as it feels like you are walking around Europe.

Give this a try, you won't be disappointed. If you are, it is ok, you can heal your tastebuds!
